Refund & Return Policy

1. Our Commitment
We want you to be satisfied with your Hardero purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a straightforward 14-calendar-day return window from the date of delivery. This applies to all purchases made through strongpurify.shop, regardless of your location.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return and refund:
- The product must be returned within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
- The product must be in its original, unopened packaging with the seal intact.
- Proof of purchase (order reference or confirmation) must be provided.
Products that have been opened, used or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a refund unless they are found to be faulty or not as described.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially used supplement bottles.
- Products returned more than 14 calendar days after delivery.
- Products not purchased directly through our website.
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@strongpurify.shop within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your full name, order reference and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions and a return address within one business day.
- Return postage costs are borne by the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow a further 3-5 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged in transit or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@strongpurify.shop. We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return postage.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including consumer guarantees relating to acceptable quality and fitness for purpose. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
8. EU/UK Consumer Right of Withdrawal
For customers in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods without providing any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU. To exercise this right, notify us at support@strongpurify.shop before the 14-day period expires.
